2024 Tax Questionnaire
Important: To ensure your questionnaire saves your information properly, please be sure to follow these steps:
1. Click on the link to the questionnaire.
2. If it doesn’t download automatically, please download the .pdf to your computer.
3. Open the document and “save as” to your device.
4. Close the document and reopen the file you just saved from your device.
5. You should now be able to fill it out and save it as you work on it.
In an effort to continuously make the tax preparation process easier, we have created Excel files for our clients who run small businesses or rental properties to help organize their income and expenses. IF you find using these files more difficult, you are welcome to the tax questionnaire as you may have in the past.
Once you have compiled your tax documents and questionnaire, you may upload them to your secure file share or email them to afp@afptax.com.
